Why code random, weird things as a hobby?
These things makes me euphoric and help me feel safe.

I do here are already quite niche, but that's ok.
With programming, my interests are specific to 2D game mod development,
pure functional programming, and messing with Unicode symbols.
Specific tools or interests?
-
Haskell
↠
I love learning ideas that I found to be novel
from its ecosystem and to try them out right away.
Haskell makes it really enjoyable for this type of task.
My particular interests with the language is learning about
different kind of effect systems with it.
-
Rust ↠
I was introduced to Haskell, F# and other statically typed functional
programming languages
through Rust.
These days, I use it to explore on how to make CLI and TUI based
applications.
- NixOS + Nix Flakes ↠
While I admire tech novelties, I also like stability and
convenience from software that I use. I find the reproducible
environment nature of nix to be a good fit for what I do.
- KDE Plasma ↠ Modern yet traditional desktop environment. What's there more to ask? 😊
-
Emacs ↠ Although I'm more often than not on VS Code today, I still
use Emacs in CLI
mode.
